An international mobile technology company wanted to introduce connected car technology to North American drivers. My team and I honed in on commuter behavior in the Greater Boston area.

Joined interviewees on their morning and evening commutes – which involved school drop-offs, carpooling, using rideshare, running errands, and taking public transport
